Charlton Minor
Founder CEO
Born and raised in Newport News, I have over 25 years of cooking experience and a deep passion for serving people through food, leadership, and community outreach. As a devoted fiancé and proud parent of three children, I come from a strong, loving church family grounded in faith, compassion, and hard work. Known for having a strong presence in the community, I am a dedicated philanthropist who believes in giving back, uplifting others, and helping those in need. Whether through mentoring, feeding families, supporting local events, or encouraging others to chase their goals, I strive to make a positive impact everywhere I go. My journey reflects resilience, leadership, creativity, and a genuine love for people and community growth.
Ernest Judge
Chair
Ernest Judge was born in North Carolina and raised in New Jersey. He is a father of one son & dedicated leader with a strong faith, community presence, and passion for helping others. A devoted father of one son and successful business owner, he believes in giving back and uplifting those around him. As Chair, he brings strong leadership, integrity, and compassion to ensure operations run smoothly while making sure every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
Aaron Johnson Bey
Vice Chair
Aaron Johnson was born and raised in Newport News and is a respected community leader known for his strong faith, leadership, and dedication to helping others. Coming from a loving and supportive family, he is passionate about giving back and committed to bringing resources, guidance, and opportunities to the community. With a heart for service and growth, he strives to help individuals build stronger, brighter futures while ensuring everyone is treated with care, dignity, and support.
Joshua Jeter
Treasure
Born and raised in Newport News, I am a proud father, dedicated leader, and Treasurer on the Board committed to service, growth, and integrity. My background includes the National Honor Society, the ROTC Leadership Program, graduating as an apprentice, and building a skilled career as a welder. I am also a podcaster, professional local drummer, motivational speaker, and a member of House of Refuge Worship Center. Passionate about giving back, I strive to uplift children, adults, and seniors through mentorship, encouragement, service, and positive leadership.
